General

General Instructions for most phones makes and models:

1) Start the phone with an unsupported SIM card in the phone and it will prompt you to enter the unlock code.

2) Enter the unlock code provided.

 

What is the network unlock code?

The network unlock code is a unique code only for your specific phone that is calculated using the IMEI number. Once you enter in this network unlock code into your device your device would be free from all network restrictions ( network lock) to allow your phone to accept sim cards from different network carriers.  

 

How to enter unlock code without sim card:

• For most newer phones it is absolutely required to have a sim card from a different network carrier inside in order to get the phone to prompt for an unlock code. Without an unsupported sim card it is not possible to enter in the unlock code. 
• For some older models there are some short codes that may still work to allow you to enter in the code without a sim card. We have listed some of these shortcodes under the brands below. If you have a newer model or your model is not mentioned that most likely you cannot unlock it without a sim card from a different provider.

Apple iPhone Unlock steps:

Important: When buying a used iPhone the previous owner must turn off "Find my iPhone" under settings, then iCloud before giving you the phone. Otherwise you will not be able to activate the phone without knowing the original APPLE ID username and Password. Before requesting an unlock from us, make sure it is OFF.

If it says activation locked, then you need the APPLE ID and Password, in that case do not tryu to get the phone unlocked. You will be wasting your money since you still won't be able to use the phone.

 

How to enter my Unlock Code on the Apple iPhone ?

Actually, it is impossible to Enter an "Unlock Code" on the Apple iPhone since they don't require or ask for unlock codes, the process is done via the Apple server. We request the unlock through the carrier to APPLE. Once Apple accepts our request, the unlock command is pushed to iTunes. It is completed once you received from us the confirmation of "Unlocked". Then you have to sync to iTunes to get the unlock on your phone
 

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW ONCE YOU RECEIVED THE EMAIL THAT YOUR UNLOCK CODE IS: "UNLOCKED":

 

1 - Install the latest version of iTunes (Mandatory)
2 - Make sure your iPhone is updated with the latest iOS version (Recommended)
3 - Switch on your iPhone with a Non accepted SIM Card
4 - Connect your iPhone to your computer using the Original USB Cable
5 - Launch iTunes & wait until iTunes detects your iPhone
6 - Now disconnect your iPhone and reconnect it after 10 seconds.
7 - Your iPhone is now Unlocked.

In case: If your iPhone is not unlocked, do a complete backup and restore manually through iTunes.

NOTE: This is the only "lifetime" unlock solution for Apple iPhone as the IMEI is registered as "Unlocked" in the Apple database. Your phone will always be unlocked even after each new update of your phone firmware!

iOS7/8/9 Update: How does Activation Lock work?

When you enable Find My iPhone on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 7 or later,  the Apple ID and password you use for iCloud is securely stored on Apple’s activation servers and linked to your device. From that point on, your password will be required before anyone can turn off Find My iPhone on your device, erase your device, or reactivate and use your device.

Activation Lock is enabled automatically when you turn on Find My iPhone in iOS 7, or when you upgrade to iOS 7 from a previous version of iOS that has Find My iPhone already turned on.

To turn on Find My iPhone on your device:

Go to Settings.
Tap iCloud.
Sign in with your Apple ID, if necessary.
Turn on Find My iPhone.
Prior to unlocking a phone, make sure the previous owner of the unit has turned off find my phone and erased all contents & settings.

Alcatel Unlock Steps:

 

Warning: Some Alcatels use only 8 digits, try the last 8 if 10 digits do not work. 
Ex: code comes back as 1234567890. Unlock code is either: 34567890 or 1234567890  ( This is an example for demonstration purpose only, don't enter in these codes into your phone. You must order the code for your specific phone)

MOTOROLA Unlock: (There might be few sets of 8 digits codes)

Please start the phone with an unsupported SIM card and it will prompt for an unlock code. The 2nd set of code is the unlock code. See the example below:

If unlock code comes back as: m786se4hc9 12345678 07477510 e0f79899
So, in this case, Unlock code will be 12345678

It unlock code comes back as: 12345678  07477510
So, in this case, Unlock code will be 12345678

HUAWEI Network Unlock Codes:

Usually, the First set of Numbers before space (First 16 Digits Above) is the Unlock Code. But if that does not work, please try all 4 sets of codes as some phones require Service Provider codes as well.

The 4 Sets of Numbers can be differentiated as follows:
1) Network Code/PIN (Usually, this is the Unlock Code)
2) Service Provider Code
3) Service Provider Code
4) SIM Block Code

Please start your phone with an Unsupported Sim Card in it and it will prompt you to enter the unlock code.

How To Reset Simlock Block Huawei:

Modell: All Huawei
Notice: You must enter the 2nd code, 3rd code, and 4th code separately until the phone display “Sim Network Unlock Pin”, and then you enter the 1st code to unlock the phone.

1. Turn ON the phone with an Unauthorized Sim Card.
2. Enter the 2nd set of code.
3. Enter the 3rd set of code.
4. Enter the 4th set of code.
5. Enter the 1st set of code.
6. Phone now Unblocked and Unlocked.

BlackBerry 10 Devices Network Unlock Methods:

Telus/Koodo = Enter the FULL 16 Digit Code.
All Other Networks= Enter the FIRST 8 Digits of the MEP2 Code only. (If that does not work, Enter the full 16 digit MEP2 code)

Enter the MEP4 Code if your phone asks for MEP4 code.

Please start your phone with an Unsupported Sim Card in it and follow these steps:

If it asks for the Unlock code when you turn on the phone, please enter it, no need to follow the steps. But if it doesn’t prompt you, please follow the steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > SIM Card
Step 2: Scroll down to Phone Network Lock, and tap the Unlock Network button
Step 3: Enter your unlock code, and hit OK.

Blackberry only has 10 tries to unlock. So, please be careful and do not use up all the attempts!

Samsung entering unlock code:

update :  

Newer Samsung USA phones now take AT&T 16 digit network unlock code free starting from the  Galaxy S9 and Note 9 onwards

​NCK / NETWORK = Network Unlock Code
SPK / PROVIDER = Service Provider Code

Method 1:
Please start the phone with an unsupported SIM card in the phone and it will prompt for the unlock code. Enter the unlock code provided in the email.

Method 2:
Go to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call and press: #7465625*638*UNLOCKCODE# (8 digit network unlock code provided in the email)

Method 3:
Go to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call and press: #0111*UNLOCKCODE# (8 digit network unlock code provided in the email)

Method 4:
Go to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call and press #7465625*638*# Once prompted for code, enter the 8 digit Network Unlock Code.

Some Samsung phones need to follow troubleshooting steps in order to accept the unlock code. Please follow proper steps for your phone from Troubleshooting page:

Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, Note, Note 2 (Unlock Code Fail) Troubleshooting

Follow these step carefully, as long as you have the correct code it will work 100% (Your phone must be updated to the latest firmware!)

The code must be correct and the phone MUST prompt for the code.

a. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#197328640# 

b. Please click on number [1] UMTS > [1] Debugging screen > [8] Phone Control > [6] NETWORK LOCK

c. You will see 3 options

d. Please click on number [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly

e. Please hit the MENU button then when the menu pops up please carefully hit BACK to return to the previous screen

f. Please click on number [2] Perso Sha256 ON, the screen will change again to a one line message

g. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART

h. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code

i. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!

 

Samsung Galaxy S4 (Unlock Code Fail) Troubleshooting

 Follow these step carefully, as long as you have the correct code it will work 100% (Your phone must be updated to the latest firmware!)

1. Make sure that the phone PROMPTS for the code with a NON accepted sim card and that your IMEI is correct by dialing *#06#

a. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#0011#

b. Please click your MENU button (Bottom LEFT button) and click BACK on the menu that appears, Nothing will happen do not worry please move to the next step

c. Please click your MENU button AGAIN and this time click KEY INPUT

d. When the Key input box appears please input the number “1″ and hit OK 

e. You will see a number 1 for a while, please wait until it changes into the SERVICE MENU

f. Please click [1] UMTS > [1] DEBUGGING SCREEN > [6] Phone Control > [6] Network LOCK

g. You will see 3 OPTIONS within Network LOCK

h. Please click on number [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly

i. Please hit the MENU button then when the menu pops up please carefully hit BACK to return to the previous screen

j. Next Please click on number [2] Perso Sha256 ON, the screen will change again to a one line message

k. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART

l. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code provided to you

m. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!

 

Samsung Galaxy S6 Troubleshooting

1 - Switch ON your Samsung with a non compatible SIM Card,
2 - Wait for your phone to ask for "SIM Network Unlock PIN" or "Enter Network Lock Control Key",
3 - If you receive one, please enter your MCK (Unfreeze Key) and hit "Unlock" button. 
Note: You will get "Unsuccessful message" but don't worry that's fine when you type MCK.
4 - Now type the NCK (Network Code) and hit the "Unlock" button.
5 - Your phone is now Unlocked !

EXTRA INSTRUCTIONS: if you get "Unsuccessful" again after type the NCK then:

7 - Hit "Dismiss" button and compose *2767*3855# on phone keypad.
8 - Wait for the phone to restart, this operation will erase all data from your phone!
9 - Retry the step 1 to 5 above

LG unlock phone codes:

SIM_UNLOCK = Network Unlock Code/PIN (Use this unless your phone specifically asks for another code)

SP_LOCK = Service Provider Unlock Code (Use this if your phone asks for Service Provider Code)

Please ignore other codes as they are not needed.

Please insert an unsupported SIM in the phone and it will prompt you for the unlock code. Enter whichever code your phone asks for. In Most cases, it will ask you for the Network Unlock Code (SIM_UNLOCK), which is the first one. In rare cases, you may need to enter more than one code to unlock the phone, just enter whichever code your phone asks for and it will get unlocked.

Unlock LG G4 Method #2

If your G4 phone does not ask for the unlock code:

1. Turn on the phone with an accepted sim card (phone's original carrier). If you don't have, turn on the phone without any simcard inside.
2. Then dial the following sequence (depending on your exact LG phone Model) just as you would dial a phone number:

LG G4 H815 type 2945#*815#
LG G4 H816 type 2945#*816#
LG G4C H525N type 2945#*525#
LG G4 H816 type 2945#*816#

3. SIM Unlock Menu show up
4. Go to "Network Lock"
5. Enter the code NCK provided by Unlock-Network
6. Click Done then Unlock
7. You're done! Your LG G4 is now unlocked 100%. Yes, you can use any simcard worldwide, from any carrier, including original carrier, and yes this is permanent simlock removal!

For LG G3 (AT&T D850), enter 2945#*850#
For LG G3 (T-Mobile D851), enter 2945#*851#

How to enter my Unlock Code on Sony Xperia ?

 

1 – Switch ON your phone with a Non accepted SIM Card,
2 – Phone will ask you to enter Sim unlock pin
3 – Enter unlock code (16 digit code)
4 – Phone will be unlocked

Warning: Before place an order you need to check Counter Lock Status:

Power on with not accepted SIM Card
When it asks for NCK code, enter the first code
If it says Wrong code, then Open the Dialer and enter the following sequence: *#*#7378423#*#*

2. A menu will appear.
3. Go to SERVICE INFO
4. Go to SIMLOCK
5. Check where X is
6. If X is on NETWORK and the value is different than 0, you can unlock the phone with our codes.

in case if the phone shows (X) network lower than 5 and not 0 , then it will be refunded

in case if the phone shows (X) network - 5 means the code was not even seen by phone, cause the counter was to be lowered to 4 at least in case of wrong code

and most importantly, this is for bricked and security damaged phones

How to enter my Unlock Code on ZTE ?

1) Insert an unacceptable SIM card to locked phone, now phone should ask unlock code (NP code?). Easy just enter code.
2) Not working?, alright now remove the SIM card and try this code ###825*09# . got the prompt for code? enter the code.
3) Failed above, try *983*8284# . It should work.
4) Try *983*865625# also it’s working on few models of ZTE phones like F102
